Job Requirements:
Capable of fluent technical communication and willing to travel between China, Japan, and third countries (India, Brazil, Thailand), around 20-30 years old.
College degree or above, with a background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields preferred.
Experience in the equipment manufacturing industry; candidates from non-related majors will also be considered for training.
Good communication skills and team spirit, able to cooperate with people from different cultural backgrounds.
Capable of fluent technical communication and discussion.
Responsible, conscientious, and willing to work overtime.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the installation, debugging, and program tuning of company production equipment to ensure normal operation.
Train operators on equipment operation and maintenance to improve employees' skills and awareness.
Assist the R&D department in the development and debugging of new equipment, providing technical support.

技術的なコミュニケーションと議論が流暢に行える。

職務内容:
会社の生産設備のインストール、デバッグ、プログラム調整を行い、設備の正常な運用を確保する。
操作員に対して設備の操作とメンテナンスに関するトレーニングを行い、従業員のスキルと意識を向上させる。
研究開発部門が新しい設備の開発とデバッグを行うのを支援し、技術的なサポートを提供する。
