Our client is Asia's largest person-to-goods autonomous mobile robot (AMR) solutions provider. Their AMR solutions are widely used for order picking in warehouses, in-store order picking, and material handling in manufacturing plants.
With over 250 of the world's top computer vision scientists and robotics experts, Which has served 100+ reputable customers, such as Nissan, UNIQLO, JD.com, DHL, IKEA, and TCL, to name a few.
The company with offices in China, Japan, Korea, Europe, Australia and the US, along with partnerships around the globe, It is expanding and applying its proven solutions to warehouses and manufacturers worldwide.
The country GM will lead all operations to ensure the profitability of the company's affiliate. To be successful as a country GM, you should be a competent public speaker and have good networking abilities and responsible for advice and enabling support for operational excellence and growth of a portfolio of accounts. This incorporates driving rapid sustainable growth, governance, statutory compliance, the best talent, and operational excellence. Also responsible for actively driving growth via cultivation and winning of new accounts.
Shall perform the following missions or duties:
(a) Develop business plan and implements sales strategies for Japan market.
(b) Drive market share growth, ensure revenue goals and objectives are achieved.
(c) Be proactively generate new business opportunities, ensure high customer coverage.
(d) Design programs to make sure we are the top choice of customers, enhance company branding.
(e) As Country GM, provide hands on leadership and engage people to deliver high performance, ensure team is accountable for executing each phase of the sales process.
(f) Employee will attend all regular and special meetings as requested by Employer.
(g) Employee will keep Employer and Company’s parent company informed by timely reports and deemed necessary by the Employer, required by the by-laws, and/or required by law.
(h) Employee will plan and execute the operations of Employer in accordance with the by-laws and policies of the Company.
(i) Employee will develop and present to the Employer a strategy for accomplishing the sales objectives as requested and responsible for the sales performance and overall Profit & Loss.
(j) Other relevant missions or duties required by the Employer.
