You will be in charge of human resources and general affairs for the development and manufacturing departments. Payroll calculations are handled by a dedicated person, and other general human resources and general affairs are also the main duties. The final decision will be made by the manager as necessary, but the person in this position will be responsible for the process before that. ・Support for recruitment activities in each department Mainly communicate closely with management members of each department, understand departmental needs, recruit, activate, and coordinate recruitment candidates, arrange interview schedules, interview and follow-up. ・Implementation of training upon joining (personnel regulations, internal rules, etc.) and follow-up for new employees to become established. ・Departmental support regarding evaluation and salary increase processes ・Planning and deploying measures to revitalize the organization ・Thorough support for internal rules including regulations ・Coordination with UK head office HR, etc. and development of global measures ・Appropriate review of work rules and other labor relations regulations ・Other duties Company vehicle management, factory general affairs (including maintenance via contractors other than production equipment), event response, office contracts, cooperation with the safety management department
