職務内容

【Job description】
Candidate is expected to have worked on large data lake implementations on AWS.
Candidate should have hands-on experience in big data, database and data warehouse architecture and delivery. This is global engagement and candidate will be working as technical lead in Data and Analytics application portfolio as part of large global team i.e. onsite -offshore delivery model.
Candidate will be reporting to SDM (Service Delivery Manager) of Data and Analytics portfolio and perform (key) roles and responsibilities mentioned below.

【Key responsibilities will be】
Engage in technical discussions with client & other vendor team and provide inputs and take decisions independently or in discussion with TCS manager

Drive meetings (agenda, status, minutes of meetings) with stakeholders – (Client team, TCS team, vendor team)

Stakeholder (Client & TCS) engagement – Status updates, highlight risks, co-ordinate, negotiate issues & situations.

Provide technical guidance as a lead / coach / mentor to the team members (India & Japan based) in helping them acquire technical skills and systems knowledge.

Provide proactive solutions to clients wrt. IT roles in solving business challenges/issues e.g. design ideas, technology improvement ideas, tools recommendations, process improvements.

Regular review of team`s work. e.g.

Quality of code and documentation is very good

Technical code or solution is scalable, optimized and cost effective

Impact assessment of change requests, code enhancements are thoroughly done and reviewed for any major impact to business

Code documentation is structured and up to date.

Any design, configuration or operational document that is in scope of change is correct complete and consistent wrt. standards

候補者には、AWS上での大規模なデータレイクの導入に従事した経験が求められます。
ビッグデータ、データベース、データウェアハウスのアーキテクチャおよび提供に関する実践的な経験が必要です。
本ポジションはグローバルなプロジェクトであり、オンサイト・オフショアの提供モデルの一環として、グローバルチームでデータとアナリティクスのアプリケーションポートフォリオにおける技術リードとして業務を遂行します。
データとアナリティクスポートフォリオのSDM（サービスデリバリーマネージャー）に報告し、以下役割の詳細です。

【主な責任】
・クライアントおよび他のベンダーチームとの技術的な議論に参加し、意見を提供、必要に応じてTCSマネージャーとの相談の上で意思決定を行う
・ステークホルダー（クライアントチーム、TCSチーム、ベンダーチーム）との会議をリードし、アジェンダ、進捗状況、会議の議事録を管理
・ステークホルダー（クライアントとTCS）の対応 - 進捗報告、リスクの強調、調整、交渉
・インドおよび日本拠点のチームメンバーに対して、リーダー・コーチ・メンターとして技術的な指導を提供し、技術スキルとシステム知識の習得をサポート
・クライアントに対して、ビジネス課題や問題解決におけるIT役割に関連する積極的な解決策（例：設計アイデア、技術向上のアイデア、ツールの推奨、プロセス改善）を提案
・チームの作業の定期的なレビュー
（例：コードとドキュメントの品質が非常に良いかどうか、技術コードまたはソリューションがスケーラブルで最適化されているか、コスト効率が高いか、変更要求やコードの拡張の影響評価が行われ、ビジネスへの重大な影響がないか、コードドキュメントが構造化され、最新であるか、設計、構成、運用に関するドキュメントが変更の範囲内で正確かつ一貫しているか）

【MUST】

Extensive hands-on experience implementing data migration and data processing using AWS services.

AWS development tools like Sage Maker, EMR, Code Commit, Code Pipeline, Code Build, Event Bridge, Glue, Lambda, ECR, Cloud Formation, EKS, Dynamo DB, IAM, Cloud Watch, Redshift

Big Data/analytics/information analysis/database management in the cloud

Experience of large Data and Analytics implementation or support projects

Language skill

fluent level of Japanese skill

Intermediate level of English skill
