About this opportunity:
Ericsson is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of Vendor Management Specialist. As a member of our dynamic team, you will assure procurement of the best value resources and services across Service Lines from our Accredited Service Providers (ASPs) and Field Service Operators (FSOs), in line with the related scope. This role will enable you to apply your expert knowledge to monitor supplier performance issues, ensure the application of correct contractual prices, and validate the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) competence of suppliers. Furthermore, this role offers the opportunity to partake in supplier evaluation, selection, and defining KPI requirements. You will be responsible for forecasting and enforcing the ASP Operational Governance Framework.
What you will do:

This role will enable you to apply your expert knowledge to monitor supplier performance issues, ensure the application of correct contractual prices, and validate the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) competence of suppliers. Furthermore, this role offers the opportunity to partake in supplier evaluation, selection, and defining KPI requirements. You will be responsible for forecasting and enforcing the ASP Operational Governance Framework.
What you will do:
- Engage in sales phase and sourcing activities.
- Collaborate with solution engineering teams on ASP Scope of Work (So W) and pricing.
- Forecast ASP demand and spearhead technical evaluation of ASP candidates.
- Aid the development of ASP selection criteria and ensure adequate capacity.
- Oversee ASP readiness and onboarding processes.
- Develop and secure compliance with ASP competence and training plans.
- Ensure ASPs maintain required licenses, tools, permits, and OHS certification.
- Confirm that ASPs are informed of So W, processes, and performance requirements.
- Establish ASP Operational and internal governance meetings to manage work allocations and follow up on escalations.
- Assure continuous measurement of ASP performance KPIs, initiating discussions and actions in case of deviation from procurement board decisions.
