Urgently looking for an Executive Assistant for Deputy CEO at Ubuy. A professional with good interpersonal and verbal skills, who is responsible to provide assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
Responsibilities include - Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Must be bilingual (English, Arabic)
- Only Female can apply
- Must have bachelor's degree
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word, Quick learner
- Must have a transferrable visa
