We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Human Resources Supervisor to join our team and oversee HR operations, ensuring our workplace continues to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Assist in employee engagement programs, training, and development initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
- Ensure payroll and benefits processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
