JOB SUMMARY

Catering to container loadings from China & Fareast for Alghanim Industries and its associated Business Units

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee container loadings worldwide on daily basis
Handle freight flow processes

Responsible for loading the containers as per control measures in place by management as well as in alignment with buying team

Reporting on bookings of shipments regularly by updating ERP System diligently for better management

Respond to business unit complaints or inquiries related to container loadings.

Responsible to manage relationship with shipping lines & freight forwarders by assisting suppliers to ship it as per intended timelines and in alignment with China team instructions

Check copy documents as per destination clearance process.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably for Kuwaiti National
Require 1-3 years of experience in handling documentation either in capacity of purchase handling freight or handling key account in a freight forwarding company. Electronics and Furniture background is preferable.
Knowledge of rules and regulations of shipping lines locally and regionally.
Language - Arabic, English - writing, reading and speaking is a must and primary requirement.
Good computer skill required including typing & MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Power Point
Plan and prioritize basis business unit requirement
