What you will do

• Offer professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to all guests consistently.
  
• Be available as a point of contact for guests at all times.
  
• Provide personal service and attention to all guests, with a special focus on VIP guests.
  
• Welcome guests upon arrival at the hotel's main door.
  
• Escort guests to the check-in point and attend to them while they are in queue.
  
• Greet guests on their way to breakfast and inquire about their satisfaction.
  
• Bid farewell to departing guests at the hotel's main door.
  
• Respond promptly, efficiently, and politely to both visitors and internal customers in person, via telephone, or email.
  
• Ensure guests receive their welcome drink and cold towels upon arrival.
  
• Proactively meet and assist arriving guests at the main entrance and when they exit their transportation.
  
• Seek out revenue opportunities such as taking restaurant reservations and identifying sales leads.
  
• Maintain and promote up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
  
• Supply information and respond to guest queries promptly.
  
• Be aware of and promote all special offers, promotions, and packages available at the hotel.
  
• Deal promptly, efficiently, and pleasantly with any guest queries.
  

What you bring

• Minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar position in luxury five-star hotels.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure.
  
• Works well in a team environment.
  
• Be thorough and pays attention to detail.
  
• Fluent in both English and Arabic is required.
  
• Female candidates are highly preferred due to the nature of the job.
