Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide QA/QC leads and engineers to ensure timely completion of quality tasks and projects.
• Oversee quality functions within project scope, ensuring adherence to deadlines and specifications.
• Liaise with clients to resolve contractual and technical issues, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
• Identify, calibrate, and maintain a Master List of Testing and Measuring Equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and obtain approval for Quality Assurance Procedures (QAP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and other QA/QC documentation, and create check formats aligned with Method Statements.
• Review and verify Method Statements to ensure they meet project requirements and prepare corresponding Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Raise and manage Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) for non-compliant work, overseeing the resolution process and verifying corrective actions.
• Plan and coordinate off-site Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and third-party testing with suppliers, ensuring effective execution and quality compliance.
• Conduct training and orientation sessions to promote awareness of quality requirements and standards, fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
• Demonstrate experience in QA/QC management for 33 k V, 66 k V, 132 k V, and higher-level substation projects, specifically within Oil & Gas premises.
