A leading fitness chain in Kuwait is seeking skilled Hybrid Coaches specializing in MMA & Fitness or Boxing/Kickboxing & Fitness. This position is ideal for coaches who excel in martial arts or boxing and wish to combine these skills with fitness training to deliver dynamic, engaging sessions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct group and individual sessions in MMA or Boxing/Kickboxing combined with fitness training.
• Design personalized training plans using both martial arts and fitness techniques.
• Motivate clients, prioritize safety, and support them in achieving their fitness goals.
• Work collaboratively with other coaches to maintain a positive, high-energy training environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in MMA, Boxing, or Kickboxing, with a fitness training certification.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Willingness to work full-time in Kuwait.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD350.000 - KD550.000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• MMA, Boxing,Kickboxing: 1 year (Required)
• Fitness Trainer: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Muay-Thai/Kickboxing/Jiu-Jitsu Certification (Required)
