Position Overview:
We are a dynamic startup seeking a part-time Express Shipping Logistics Manager with experience in the Kuwaiti market to oversee our express shipping operations.
The ideal candidate will manage contracts with express shipping companies, ensuring our logistics processes are both efficient and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Negotiate, review, and manage contracts with express shipping companies in Kuwait, ensuring the best possible terms to support our startup's growth.Ensure all contractual obligations are met and aligned with our business objectives.
Partnership Development:
Build and maintain strategic relationships with express shipping providers in Kuwait to ensure consistent, high-quality service.Identify and onboard new shipping partners as our business needs evolve.
Daily Operations Oversight:
Provide oversight of daily express shipping operations, ensuring fast, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries, even on a part-time basis.Work closely with internal teams to streamline shipping processes and resolve any operational issues.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in express shipping logistics, with a proven track record in contracting with various express shipping companies in Kuwait.
Proven Contracting Experience:Must have previous experience in contracting with multiple express shipping companies, particularly within Kuwait, demonstrating a deep understanding of the local industry and the ability to secure favorable terms.
Kuwait Market Expertise:
Familiarity with the logistics and shipping landscape in Kuwait, including knowledge of local regulations, customs procedures, and market dynamics.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, with a focus on adaptability and resourcefulness.
Negotiation Skills:

Educational Background:
