Position: Receptionist Location: Kuwait Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and employees, providing accurate information or redirecting them as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the company.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the company's calendar.
- Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role for at least 2 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Garageplug).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and poise.
