Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the e-commerce platform, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead the product development process from ideation through launch, including user research, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and deliver high-quality features that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and optimize the platform.
- Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and integrate their feedback into product improvements.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from initial concept through post-launch analysis and continuous optimization.
- Mentor and lead a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
- Proven track record of leading successful product development initiatives that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and the ability to collaborate closely with design teams to create intuitive user experiences.
