General Experience:

• Individual shall have experience integrating various network operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices through system specification, design, coding, testing, and maintenance support.
• Individual shall consider overall project design including cost, schedule, and social issues that may be associated with a project.
• Individual shall have notable experience preparing and delivering presentations/briefing and have experience being the task lead/manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a system manager/integrator in integration and implementation of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.3 Local Area Network (LAN), IEEE 1703-2012 Wide Area Network (WAN), and converged Internet Protocol (IP)-services that leverage COTS information technologies to deliver enhanced mission capabilities to the host nation.
• Specialized experience in enterprise and campus-wide WAN/LAN infrastructures in allied military (FMS) shore facilities worldwide, including Command & Control (C2) centers, Operations Centers, and logistics support centers.
• US Secret clearance, (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable)
• U.S. Citizenship

Required Certifications:

• Comp TIA Network+ CE certification or equivalent (i.e., CCNA)
• Comp TIA Security+ CE certification

Education/Experience:

• Ten (10) years with Master's or Fourteen (14) years with Bachelor's degree in IT. Must have recent and related professional experience overseeing the creation of hybrid software, web, and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.
