Air Tractor AT-800 Series Aircraft Certifying Staff (B1)

- Accomplish work on aircraft, aircraft systems and accessories in accordance with the relevant aircraft technical manuals and instructions.
- Carry out routine tasks/checks and rectify defects during line and base maintenance (including annual checks).
- Ensure work is carried out following aircraft manufacturer's procedures and maintenance practices.
- Ensure duties are accomplished in accordance with EASA and Cargolux procedures and standards laid out in the Cargolux Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE).
- Signing off work using correct and approved documentation.
- Be holder of an EASA AML B1 and/or B2 license;
- Experience in Air Tractor AT-800 Series aircraft maintenance will be considered as an advantage;
- At least 5 years' experience acquired in the field (after the basic training);
- Being open-minded and relating comfortably with diverse groups of people;
- Be fluent in English, other languages are considered as an advantage;
- Ability to work in team as well as independently;
- Have good, standard knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Outlook.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
- The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment.
- The position qualifies as safety-sensitive personnel as per EU Regulation 965/2012. The successful candidate will have to be tested for psychoactive substances prior to the start of the employment.
- Be prepared to travel when required.
- Willing to work on shifts 24/7/365.
- Willing to go on detachment during the aerial firefighting season, typically May to October (Schedule would be 50% on, 50% off). Winter season could be possible as well.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- 4-6 years of experience
