Assistant Manager - Your Role :

Compliance Management: Overseeing daily compliance activities to ensure accurate reporting and resolve issues.
Investor Due Diligence: Reviewing onboarding and due diligence of client structures and investors.
Risk Monitoring: Conducting daily screenings and reviewing transaction reports for high-risk activities.
Audit and Process Support: Assisting in audits, enhancing compliance systems, and updating policies.
Client Assistance: Addressing client inquiries with timely, accurate reporting

Assistant Manager - Your Profile:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or law.
At least 2 years of experience in fund compliance in Luxembourg.
Strong knowledge of AIFMD, CSSF Circulars, and compliance in Luxembourg's fund sector.
Proficiency in French and English, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
