About the Role:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Brand Manager for all Kinder Categories in region Poland and Multi countries.

Main Responsibilities:

As the Brand Manager, you will guide and coordinate product developments, packaging, advertising, digital content, POS, and promotional activities. You will manage communication from the Kinder Presidenza Global to the Business Units (BUs) and vice versa. Your primary focus will be coordinating the European strategy and activity grids, as well as managing the portfolio for the next three years. You will engage in daily and weekly interactions with marketing teams across 11 business unit clusters, covering over 30 European countries. This role calls for an adeptness in managing cultural diversity, team dynamics, and complex markets at varying levels of maturity.
You'll be involved in tracking and monitoring activities, sharing initiatives in weekly joint forums, and organizing innovation meetings and sharing sessions. Alongside the senior manager, you will manage production plans, improve the Kinder Surprise and Kinder JOY toys strategy, manage leftovers, reduce complexity, and provide constructive inputs for future key levers in this category. Additionally, you will manage the seasonal portfolio, focusing on main and sub-occasions like Carnival and Kids Day, sharing information, and working to simplify processes.
Thanks to your experience, you will coordinate and launch new products and flavors, such as K.Tronky, Kinder Crispy, chilled flavors, and K Paradiso rollouts, including seasonal range development. You will reinforce activity grids by leveraging strong consumer activations and meaningful brand experiences to connect with targets and drive relevant business outcomes. Your role will also involve coordinating media campaigns to make them accessible to all BUs, participating in regional developments of promotional campaigns for KS and other brands, and coordinating POS activation best practices for various occasions.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring a solid background with at least 5 to 7 years of working experience. Thanks to your strong leadership potential, this position will help you further develop and consolidate these skills. Your high level of assertiveness will guide interorganizational processes and build constructive consensus.
You will work autonomously and proactively, steering the European business alongside local teams. Representing AMMC MCE and Poland in specific meetings when requested will also be part of your responsibilities.
Your strong analytical skills will be essential for interpreting data and transforming it into valuable marketing insights and recommendations. Your focus on results and solutions, along with your flexibility, will enable you to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Your open-minded, proactive, and positive attitude will be key in fostering a fruitful, efficient, and inspiring way of working. Managing and prioritizing complex projects and driving efficiency across different stakeholders will be important.
Proficiency in Power Point and Excel, along with good knowledge of Nielsen/IRI, will support your tasks. Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary, and knowledge of Italian will be an advantage. This position offers a broad and complex program that covers multiple categories and European countries, providing visibility at different levels and strengthening your knowledge of Kinder brands (excluding Kinder ice cream, biscuits, and Bakery Italy).
