About the Role:

This is an opportunity to become the point of reference for the Finance Leadership team in our Luxembourg HQ.

Main Responsibilities:

Thanks to your organizational skills, you will handle a variety of tasks, including managing calendars, agendas, and phone calls, while ensuring the smooth planning and arrangement of meetings and off-site events. You will also be responsible for processing purchasing requests with accuracy and attention to detail, contributing to the seamless operation of daily activities.
You will coordinate complex travel and accommodation arrangements, selecting cost-effective routes and accommodations while maintaining a high standard of comfort and convenience. Alongside this, you will oversee monthly travel expense reports, ensuring they are accurate and completed on time. Your role will also involve composing, preparing, transcribing, and maintaining various forms of correspondence, reports, and presentations for both internal and external use.
You will ensure meeting materials are prepared in advance and may be asked to assist with creating related minutes. Additionally, your ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively will help maintain a consistent and reliable level of service, ensuring that all responsibilities are carried out with professionalism and efficiency.
