infeurope is looking for a Business Analyst with 3 years of experience.

• Contract: 300 man-days
• Start date: 01/10/2024 / End date: 31/12/2025
• Location of work: Luxembourg – Onsite

TASKS

• Collect and prioritize business requirements together with the key-users and the business owners.

• Business Analysis of change requests which will encompass following tasks:

o Analyse new business requirements in close collaboration with the business stakeholders and service provider,
o Assess impact and identify gaps, propose solutions aligned with business requirements, overall information architecture and operating context,
o Produce project specifications.

• Be the interface between the business experts, GDO stakeholders (solution architects, data governance office, …) and also the service provider, responsible for implementation.

• Act as support level 2 to end-users, provide training on e Front platform and update user documentation.

• Testing:

o Prepare test scenarios and test cases,
o Prepare test data,
o Execute test cases, evaluate results and raise suitable remediations actions if necessary.

• Assisting developers on the business and functional aspects of the projects, especially on migrations and data cleaning exercises.

• Contribute to projects in which EIFBA/BS is involved, if necessary.

KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis in financial organizations.
• Experience with business requirements translation into specifications.
• Testing of IT applications in the financial domain.

COMPETENCE

• Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
• English writing skills (C1 European Level).
• BA certification considered a plus.
• Knowledge on e Front considered a plus.
