Cabin Department Assistant

Job description

Global Jet is looking for an experienced Cabin Crew member from a VIP or luxury aviation background, seeking a rewarding ground-based role. We are looking for a Cabin Department Assistant to support our crewing operations and contribute to the success of our cabin team.

Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment process, including resume screening and interview coordination.
Documentation Management: Oversee the maintenance of personnel records, ensuring that all certifications, licenses, and documents are current and compliant.
Scheduling: Coordinate crew schedules, rotations, and leave requests to ensure smooth operations.
Communication: Act as the primary liaison between cabin crew members and management, addressing queries and fostering open communication.
Compliance: Ensure regulatory adherence and uphold company policies within crew management.
Reporting: Assist in generating reports on crew performance, attendance, and other relevant metrics.

Job requirements

Mandatory: previous experience as a Cabin Crew member in VIP or private aviation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational abilities with a high attention to detail
Fluent in English mandatory
