Responsibilities:
- Problem analysis and troubleshooting (1st & 2nd level)
- Installation and configuration of workstations (hardware & software)
- Telephone support for all kinds of IT questions from internal users
- Handling the IT material stock
- Collaboration on IT projects
Profile :
- Adequate experience or training in IT support or similar
- First professional experience in a comparable function is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of German and French (written and spoken), English is advantageous
- Proactivity, flexibility and resilience in stressful situations
- You are able to work independently and fit into an existing team
Additional information :
- Start : ASAP.
- Contract : Permanent contract.
- Work Place: North of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
