Collaborateur Helpdesk IT

Référence : Help/IT/4762

Responsibilities:

Problem analysis and troubleshooting (1st & 2nd level)

Installation and configuration of workstations (hardware & software)

Telephone support for all kinds of IT questions from internal users

Handling the IT material stock

Collaboration on IT projects

Profile :

Adequate experience or training in IT support or similar

First professional experience in a comparable function is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of German and French (written and spoken), English is advantageous

Proactivity, flexibility and resilience in stressful situations

You are able to work independently and fit into an existing team

Additional information :

Start : ASAP.

Contract : Permanent contract.

Work Place: North of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
