Commercial and technical specialist – Water treatment division _ H/F_
NCR Biochemical Group is a leading company in the field of water treatments.
Professional consulting, application of products and handling of the end customers is an important part of our business model.
We are based in Italy and Luxembourg and we are searching candidates to add to our Commercial -Technical Team of the Water Division in the Flanders region and the Northern part of France. We need people with strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to work independently at the customers sites.
Responsibilities:

Proactively call potential customers and build relationships;
Prospection, networking;
Research the market to find interesting prospects. Cooperate with your team to research accounts, identify decision-makers;
Acquisition of new customers and new projects;
Manage the customers independently, while supported by other team members and departments;
Ensure existing business through service and support;
Review treatment programs and processes, ensuring effective applications through routine testing and monitoring, thus resulting in customers' satisfaction and business retention;
Manage chemical inventories, including ordering products, changing chemical totes, and end of the month chemical consumption reporting;
Manage profitability of the account (pump settings, pricing, accounts receivable);
Maintain and build business relationships.

Requirements:

Excellent proficiency in French or Flemish;
Intermediate proficiency in English;
Bachelor degree, preferably in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering; or relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree;
Experience in a chemical/sales client focused position, preferably in the Water Treatment Industry;
Strong customer relationship-building experience required;
Strong customer focus and orientation;
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills;
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, independent worker;
Eager to learn and improve;
Computer skills of Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc;
Willing to travel to numerous customer sites.
