Compliance Officer – AML/CFT specialist
Azimut Investments S.A. - Luxembourg

Azimut Investment S.A. is looking for a Compliance Officer – AML/CFT specialist to take the RC role for the Management Company / AIFM and FCPs it manages.
The resource will report to the Conducting Officer, Head of Compliance.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience in AML and Asset Management in Luxembourg.
Languages: English, Italian would be an advantage
Main tasks will be to:
  • Act as RC for the Manco and the funds (reports to FIU and CSSF); coordinate with external RCs
  • Propose AML risk Appetite Statement
  • Review AML Policies and procedures
  • Perform the annual AML risk assessment for the Manco and the funds and AML risk assessment pre-launch for new products
  • Be the escalation point on AML topics for the external providers and delegates (investors side and assets side)
  • Participate to Due Diligence and oversight of delegates in relation to AML
  • Answer SAQ and AML related questionnaires from/reports to regulators
  • Report to the Management Committee and Board on AML, including AML/CFT Summary Report RC
  • Follow Regulatory Developments for AML/CFT including sanctions and advise on implementation where required
