Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Risk Operation Manager at Rakuten Europe Bank in Luxembourg. The Credit Risk Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing credit risk operations, developing risk management strategies, monitoring credit portfolios, analyzing credit data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
The Credit Risk Operation Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices. He or she will report to the credit risk operation senior manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in credit risk management and operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Advanced analytics in database management tools, SQL Python are plus
- Proficiency in data analysis and risk assessment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, finance,
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
- Hands-on attitude to tackle and solve the issues by initiatives
- Interests in Fintech, banking as a service model
