As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Data Analyst for our head office in Bascharage.

Within our corporate group, you’ll take on responsibility in consulting and supporting our various subsidiaries in their data activities. You will work with the business teams to identify potentials in the data.

Your responsibilities

Relevant Experience in BI, Data Analysis, Data visualization Tools (Tableau, Qlik View, Power BI)
Collaborate across the subsidiaries from different domains to help them understand their business need from a data perspective.
Generate information that helps others to make decisions
Find meaningful insights while exploring Data Sources. Explore possible data correlation between KPIs to explain trends
Provide help to the team working on data requests and optimize existing processes
Manage and maintain data sources
Establish Connections to internal and external systems (3rd-party) and prepare Data Sources
Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient
Maintaining a strategic overview of the team's ongoing initiatives while continuously enhancing the tech stack to stay aligned with the latest industry trends
User-/permission management based on the subsidiary structure
Leading a functional team across various entities and establishing an in-house data management team as central point of contact for data

Must have requirements

Relevant Experience in BI, Data Analysis, Data visualization Tools (Tableau, Qlik View, Power BI)
Good knowledge in databases (relational/non-relational)
Experience in ETL-Processes and transformation tools (dbt)
Knowledge in AI/ML methods
Experience in data clouds/data lakes (S3, Azure, Snowflake)
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Able to identify and solve issues
Strong English (written and verbal)
Excellent soft skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, etc.)
Ability to handle multi-threading activities
