Your key responsibilities

Project Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and strategies for successful delivery.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Proactively address issues as they arise and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and optimizing resource utilization. Track project expenses and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables. Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and industry standards. Conduct thorough testing and reviews to identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and change requests. Ensure all project-related documentation is organized, accessible, and up to date.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the project team.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience (5-8 years) in digital project management within the financial service industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or PMP.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
