We are on the lookout for a/an Enterprise architect to join our team for working with European Institutions based in Luxembourg in a Near site position.

For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.
The Publications Office of the European Union, known as the Publications Office (OP), serves as the central publishing entity for European institutions. It handles the creation and distribution of EU publications across various media and formats. The Unit A.3 is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of the Office's information systems. Currently, Unit A.3 is working on revising the business processes for producing publications and creating a Unified Production Platform (UPP) to align with an updated business model.

Below are the details of your role and requirements.
Your role
- Review and suggest improvements for current implementations
- Develop business architecture models aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure project and program strategies align with business priorities
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in IT and business leadership
- Assess systems for discrepancies and vulnerabilities
- Research to enhance operations
- Provide guidance on business architecture and systems processing
- Develop and implement a business vision and multi-year plan
- Participate in technical groups, progress meetings, and user discussions
- Design architecture components using cloud technologies
- Offer expertise in enterprise solutions, workflow development, and cloud components in the .Net/Azure ecosystem
- Analyze, design, and develop solutions in the .Net/Azure ecosystem
- Analyze and develop for enterprise application integration

Who we think you are:
-
15+ years in IT, including:
- 15+ years in enterprise app development/integration with APIs/SDKs
- 15+ years in custom software development
- 5+ years in cloud architecture and build/release automation
- 10+ years in process/workflow engine development
- 5+ years in scalable cloud-based app development
- 5+ years with Azure Dev Ops and Azure Scrum
- Expertise in enterprise architecture and problem-solving
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Azure Dev Ops, Azure SQL, MS SQL Server
- Skilled in C#, Angular, MS Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code
- Experienced with Git, Entity Framework Core, Hibernate, Kendo UI
- Knowledgeable in Postman and Soap UI
- Quick decision-making, technical presentations, and high-quality standards
