Exchange Engineer - Migration support

As an Exchange Engineer, you would have the opportunity to develop your skills by joining a challenging technical environment within a great European Institution in Luxembourg.
Responsabilities:
- Provide Level 2 or 3 support for a complex Exchange 2016 / 2019 infrastructures
- Contribute to various solutions for enhancing the mail infrastructure
- Ensure the maintenance and updates of the Exchange infrastructure
- Draft and document procedures
- Analyze and resolve complex incidents requests and problems
- Keep abreast of technological advancements
- Management and administration of Load Balancer
- Management and administration of Antispam gateways
- Ensure the monitoring of the mail infrastructure
- Management and administration of ESET antivirus for Exchange
- Work collaboratively in an Open Space environment
- Participate in follow-up meetings and prepare activity reports
- Collaboration with other teams
- Transfer knowledge to Level 1 support
Mandatory :
- Exchange Server 2016 / 2019
- Windows Server 2016 / 2022
- Knowledge of Exchange Power Shell
- Management of Antispam Gateway
- Understanding of SMTP and DNS protocols
- Exchange Server 2010 / 2013
- DAG
- Public Folders
- Active Directory
- Scripting Power Shell
- Big IP F5 / Viprion
- Fortra Secure Email Gateway
- Workspace ONE - Mobile Device Management
- ESET Security Management Center
- Knowledge of Global Network (port, protocol, etc.)
- Certificate Autority (PKI)
- Power BI
- ITIL : ticketing tool, incident, request management
- 4 years' experience on a similar position
- Bachelor degree in IT
- English professional
