We are currently looking for an expert on Open Text Documentum software to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
As an expert on Open Text Documentum, you will be responsible for providing thrid line support by improving documentation, improving automation, monitoring and improving performance..
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement automation, identify and remove bottlenecks,
· Draft/improve documentation (technical docs),
· Monitor and improve performance,
· establish patching/upgrade strategy according to business and/or security requirements,
· Provide expertise and support in general,
· Manage system resources and capacity ensuring that it operates effectively..
Technical skills:
· Experience and expertise in Open Text Documentum,
· Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Attention to detail and orientation towards quality of service.

• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Profile:

• Excellent technical skill to bring added value to the day to day support team,
• communication skills in English.
