ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

We want you to be a part of our team, from Luxembourg, as an Office Automation Expert in a Near site position.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
  • Prepare project descriptions, functional, and technical specifications
  • Lead and manage teams
  • Coordinate activities and reporting
  • Understand problems, create specifications and flowcharts
  • Optimize and reengineer development processes
  • Office Automation Software Solutions and Services
  • Conceptualize, design, coordinate implementation, and assess quality
  • Develop and integrate advanced software solutions
  • Analyze business and functional requirements
  • Evaluate use cases and user stories
  • Define work plans, deliverables, quality control, and change management
  • Gather and document business requirements for electronic signatures
  • Analyze business processes for improvement and optimization
  • Conduct market surveys
  • Prepare technology reports and studies (product behavior analysis, software management, configuration, deployment, etc.)
  • Advise on Office Automation products, standards, collaborative solutions, web concepts, and document workflows
  • Analyze, develop, test, and maintain programs
  • Utilize OSS products and solutions (Libre Office, Open Office, Wiki solutions, blogging solutions, collaborative and content management solutions, etc.)
  • Implement workflow automation technologies
  • Perform tasks per the EC’s rules for software management, deployment, and configuration

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • Knowledge of Office Automation products: Microsoft Office 365, Office 2016-2021, Share Point, Libre Office, Open Office.org, browsers, and authoring tools
  • Familiarity with standards/formats for Office Automation: Unicode, XML, ODEF, ISO/IEC standards, RTF, HTML, Web
  • Proficiency in VSTO, C#, .NET, VBA, VB
  • Understanding of multilingual implementation in OS, office automation, and software development
  • Expertise in software production management, testing, documentation, and reporting
  • Experience with Desktop OS: Windows 10 Enterprise and Server OS: Windows Server 2019
  • Knowledge of Document Management, Content Management, Workflow, and Web Content Management
  • Experience with OSS products: Libre Office, Open Office, Wiki solutions, blogging solutions, collaborative/content management
  • Familiarity with workflow automation technologies
  • Web system expertise: web technology, application development, site administration, browsers, plug-ins, utilities, and web management systems
  • Understanding of security concepts and their implementation in office automation
  • Technical presentation and redaction skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and participate in multilingual meetings (English or French) with ease in technical communication

Optional:
  • Microsoft Certified Solution Developer status, MCSE (or equivalent)
  • Windows SW administration technologies (Active Directory, Group Policies, MSI, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Project Management

Minimum Qualifications and Experience for the Office Automation Expert
  • Relevant Education: 5 years
  • Professional Experience: From 1 to 9 years
