We are looking for a Facility & Supply Manager, reporting to our Head of IT and Organization.

Your role as Facility Manager

Organize and plan building instalments and refurbishments (while being able to handle light requests yourself)
Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements (including "Travailleur Désigné" duties)
Communicate and supervise external contractors and vendors
Act as the point of contact for staff members’ facilities requests
Manage insurance & facility related contracts
Manage Facility budget

Your role as Supply Manager

Ensure that Swiss Life internal policies related to supply management are properly executed
Centralize all contractual agreements signed
Ensure that Third Party Risk Management assessments are executed by contract owners
Ensure that sustainable procurement requirements are reflected into our supply management processes

Your Profile

Business fluent in English and French
Technical skills: Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices (knowledge of building systems like HVAC, electrical, plumbing…), Proficiency in Technical Project Management and maintenance
Organizational and leadership skills : well organized and self-driven, hands-on, capable of prioritizing workload, pro-active management of resources and services
Ability to anticipate future needs and develop innovative solutions, Identifying hazards and responding effectively to emergencies
« Travailleur désigné » qualification would be appreciated
