We are looking for a Facility & Supply Manager, reporting to our Head of IT and Organization.
Your role as Facility Manager
  • Organize and plan building instalments and refurbishments (while being able to handle light requests yourself)
  • Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements (including "Travailleur Désigné" duties)
  • Communicate and supervise external contractors and vendors
  • Act as the point of contact for staff members’ facilities requests
  • Manage insurance & facility related contracts
  • Manage Facility budget
Your role as Supply Manager
  • Ensure that Swiss Life internal policies related to supply management are properly executed
  • Centralize all contractual agreements signed
  • Ensure that Third Party Risk Management assessments are executed by contract owners
  • Ensure that sustainable procurement requirements are reflected into our supply management processes
Your Profile
  • Business fluent in English and French
  • Technical skills: Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices (knowledge of building systems like HVAC, electrical, plumbing…), Proficiency in Technical Project Management and maintenance
  • Organizational and leadership skills : well organized and self-driven, hands-on, capable of prioritizing workload, pro-active management of resources and services
  • Ability to anticipate future needs and develop innovative solutions, Identifying hazards and responding effectively to emergencies
  • « Travailleur désigné » qualification would be appreciated
