Your mission: As an HR Trainee, you will be working in the Human Capital department, where your main mission will be to help your colleagues with the day-to-day management of requests sent to the HR Secretariat.
Be a part of our team where you will:

• Prepare employment contracts;
• Manage internship documents process: agreements, assessments, etc;
• Monitor administrative data related to the company employees;
• Draft various certificates;
• Follow up on employees’ questions related to labour law and legal administrative procedures;
• Update company-related procedures

• Are in your second/third year of business school or a university degree with a specialisation in human resources, and must undertake an internship as part of your studies;
• Would like to work in a challenging environment;
• Are able to multitask;
• Are adaptable, willing to help and like to work as part of a team;
• Can ensure data and information remain confidential;
• Are proficient in English and French.
