With over 50 nationalities represented, Arendt is committed to the well-being of its staff, serving the best interests of its clients, protecting the environment, and supporting education.Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:Intern – Learning Officer Your role:Within the Arendt Learning department, you will support the Learning team in partnership with One Arendt experts and external vendors.Manage the training calendar, plan the training courses/trainers, publish the learning sessions on Arendt learning platform ;Provide necessary information about sessions ;Book physical or virtual classrooms and block trainers agenda ;Prepare classrooms (in class & virtual) and learning material ;Maintain training records (participant lists, schedules, attendance sheets) ;Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices ;Compile learning feedback and provide compilation to trainer and design and development team ;Draft reports on training activities and results ;Administrate Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure systematic capture of corporate training records and data, including management of rights ;Process invoices and check the invoices against orders.Your profile:You are a student in Business Management/Administration/Human Resources and are looking for an internship as part of your studies;You have a perfect command of French and English (both spoken and written);You have an excellent command of MS Office in particular in Excel;You are highly organised, rigorous with an eye for details and fast-learner;You are able to work autonomously;You have excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset and consider yourself as a team player.We offer:Excellent career development opportunities with tailor-made internal training focused on both technical and soft skills;An entrepreneurial work culture where we promote talent & ideas;Multicultural, diverse teams encouraging collaborative work;The opportunity to work and interact within a wide network of specialists; and A hybrid working environment offering flexibility and the possibility to work from home.Arendt promotes equal opportunities and value each employee for what they bring to the community.For more information, please refer to our diversity and inclusion policy on our website.Interested?If you are interested in this job opportunity, we are looking forward to receiving your application.All applications will be treated confidentially.#A&MAbout Arendt Arendt & Medernach (A&M) is dedicated to providing top-quality legal services.
