INTERNSHIP - DATA Ops

As part of the strengthening of its DATA ops department, ING Luxembourg is looking for a trainee / alternat(e) from January 2025 for a minimum period of 6 months.

Within the Data Management department, the Data Operations service is responsible for updating the administrative data of individual and corporate customers.

Your tasks:

Ensure that the customer's KYC and identification data meet the requirements of current regulatory standards, in order to guarantee good Data Quality from the moment the customer enters into a relationship until the account is closed.
Be familiar with the bank's KYC documents and tools
Provide cross-functional operational support to the PB, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking business lines.
Participate in improving procedures in line with Group regulations
Participate in the development of new tools to better cover the Bank's risks.

Your profile:

Education :

Baccalaureate+3 or higher in Banking/Finance/Economics/Law.
Experience in financial services is a plus

Languages :

English and French are essential, any other language would be an advantage

Personal skills :

Flexibility and autonomy
Dynamism and initiative
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
High degree of flexibility and multitasking
