IT Project Manager - Healthcare background:
Your role

As a IT Project Manager your challenges will include:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across different domains, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to meet project goals;
Implement and integrate IT systems, with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing user experience;
Ensure project compliance with relevant regulations and standards, particularly in healthcare-related projects;
Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to ensure smooth project execution;
Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management;
Guide teams through complex problem-solving, providing direction and support as necessary;
Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting communication and teamwork throughout all project phases.

Requirements
Bachelor ‘s degree;
5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with exposure to healthcare or related industries;
Strong understanding of IT systems and project management methodologies;
Proven success in delivering IT projects in diverse and dynamic environments;
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage;
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent knowledge of French and English
Possession of a Luxembourg work permit or having the right to work in Luxembourg is mandatory;
Immediate availability preferred.
