Middle Officer - Your Role :
As a Middle Officer, you'll play a vital role in a collaborative, hands-on team, where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will be as diverse as they are essential, ensuring that your day is both engaging and challenging. Here's what your role will include:

AML Compliance and risk management
Account reconciliations
Organizing board meetings, updating circulars, and ensuring KYC compliance
Regulatory updates and compliance maintenance
Administrative duties, including occasional front-desk responsibilities-adding even more variety to your day and enhancing your skills across financial and administrative tasks.

Middle Officer - Your Profile:
We're seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position or a mix of roles that have equipped you with:

AML and compliance knowledge
Reconciliation and light accounting skills
Board meeting organization (including updating circulars and KYC)
Regulatory standards awareness

Fluency in Italian and English is essential, as these are the daily languages of communication. You're known for your autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse tasks seamlessly.
Middle Officer - What We Offer :

Annual salary: Up to €50,000 gross, depending on experience
Annual salary increase

Standard hours: 9 am - 6 pm with a 1-hour lunch break
