With our groundbreaking satellite 5G constellation, OQ Technology is a global leader in the domain of Io T communication connectivity and associated services. We are a venture capital backed company with a successful track record of satellite launches and the first company in the world to disrupt the telecommunication industry by merging cellular 5G with satellites.
Our technology will have massive implications to the Oil & Gas, Maritime, Industry 4.0, and Transport segments, particularly for the management and tracking of assets in remote and rural areas and extending 5G coverage through non-terrestrial networks.
As our wireless technologies are constantly evolving and winning multiple awards, with funding for next phase secured, and commercial traction demonstrated, we are now looking to on-board a talented Marketing Manager who will lead the marketing efforts across all company offices globally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified customers to our front door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Coordinate events and tradeshows participation and prepare material for that
- Interface with media and PR agents and prepare/review press releases
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Prepare graphic and video content or manage third parties for that
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Update periodically our social media and blogs and actively engage with the audience.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze customer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Willingness to travel
- 2+ years demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Exposure to technology industries, especially telecom or space.
- Experience with graphic tools such as Photoshop and/or video editing tools.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
