The EMEA Devices organization is looking for a full-time Online Marketing Specialist to be based in Luxembourg. We are looking for a native English/German/French/Italian/Spanish speaker. Language will be tested during the interview process.

You will be joining our Online Marketing team, whose mission is to deliver innovative online customer experiences that are continuously optimized to bring the right Amazon device (such as Echo, Fire TV, Fire Tablets, Kindle, or Amazon smart home/security products) to each customer. Our team is responsible for developing and executing data-driven merchandising strategies for Amazon Devices across EMEA that offer our customers engaging experiences throughout the purchasing funnel, from product discovery to consideration and purchase.

Key job responsibilities
  • We are looking for a UK native, or a German/French/Italian/Spanish native (with a proficient level of English) to support the continued growth of our customer base in these markets.
  • Driving end-to-end merchandising roadmaps, including executing inputs, continuously monitoring outputs, prioritizing based on impact, and delivering against plans.
  • Working on marketing strategies to drive demand and new customer acquisition across multiple online traffic channels.
  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders such as product managers, designers, data scientists, and other international partner teams.
  • Operating autonomously, delivering against merchandising plans.
  • Become an expert for Amazon online marketing tools, processes, and related performance metrics.

A day in the life
You will act as the voice of the customer, understanding and delivering for their needs. You will work in a collaborative team environment, you'll strive to answer business and marketing questions and you'll be coached to begin operating with minimal supervision. You are a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, and you have superb attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan, coordinate, and execute innovative marketing and merchandising initiatives to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue. You will demonstrate excellent analytical and technical abilities, and use data to make recommendations that will improve customers’ shopping experiences, as well as drive key business decisions.

You'll write crisp, clear marketing campaigns that are appealing to customers, and you'll develop and execute ideas for innovation, automation, and efficiency. We work hard, have fun and make history!
