About the Role:
For our Ferrero Luxembourg HQ, we are looking for Marketing Services, and Packaging HRBP. The position will be key for enhancing the development, management and execution of key HR processes and projects to support the evolution of Marketing Services (Digital, Media and Consumer Shopping Understanding), and Packaging in a growing, dynamic and diversified environment.

Main Responsibilities:
As the HRBP for the Marketing Services, and Packaging Functions you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding central HR guidelines and ensuring the implementation of Group directions, policies, and procedures.
Contribute to the preservation and promotion of the effectiveness of the communication flows between local and central levels in an open matrix model, enforcing a direct relationship where appropriate, based on respective responsibilities perimeters and knowledge.
In this role you will support Line Managers in facilitating people life cycle management, ensuring smooth transitions and effective HR support.
As the HRBP you will manage all key HR Processes including Salary Review, Training Management, Performance Management, and Budget/Workforce planning for central teams. Moreover, you will coordinate with local HRBP teams located in the Regions/Countries, fostering strong interaction with all HR department members to ensure cohesive teamwork; In particular, you will work hand in hand and in coordination and alignment with the HR team in Italy to make joint decisions on HR-related topics/projects.
In relation to Recruitment, you will be involved in the full life cycle recruitment for senior profiles under your scope, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
Moreover, you will ensure the application of current HR policies and procedures, maintaining compliance and consistency while you will handle HR processes related to operative tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive HR reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
Last but not least, you will support in transversal projects assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Who we are looking for:
As an HR Business Partner, you will be the cornerstone of our HR team, connecting with colleagues across HRBP teams at the Group level. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our HR practices are not only efficient but also impactful, driving our mission forward.
You bring a strong foundation in Business, Economics, or Humanistic studies. Your academic background has equipped you with the analytical and strategic thinking necessary to excel in this role.
With 5-8 years of HR experience, you bring a wealth of knowledge and insights in HR Business partnership while your deep understanding of HR practices will be crucial in navigating the complexities of this role. In relation, experience in the FMCG sector has fostered your understanding of the fast-paced and competitive nature of this industry, being beneficial in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
You have a natural talent for connecting with people. Your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, especially with local HRBP teams in different countries/regions, will be key to your success. You excel in managing projects and have excellent interpersonal skills. Your high professional standards for customer service and work quality set you apart.
You thrive in high-pressure situations. Your dynamic and proactive approach ensures that you can handle confidential and sensitive matters with the utmost professionalism.
Thanks to your background, you are comfortable working with numbers. Your experience in data management, analysis, and reporting allows you to provide valuable insights that drive informed decision-making. Your practical experience and expertise in IT (MS Office, e.g. Excel) and HR tools (e.g. SAP HR, Success Factors, Power BI, WFP Evo) will contribute significantly to your success in this role.
