HRBP Support Assistant

- Please note that the internal official title for this position will be Officer HRBP Support
- Support the HRBP team by creating, drafting and standardizing templates of HR documents, ensuring that all actions comply with internal policies requirements.
- Assist HRBPs in conducting HR investigations and analysis. This involves drafting reports, compiling testimonies, evidence, and other supporting documentation.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, taking detailed notes, and ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the HR processes.
- Collaborate with the Legal Department and external advisors to support labor law litigations. This includes gathering and organizing relevant documentation, monitoring the status of ongoing cases, and preparing case summaries and updates.
- Act as a liaison between HR, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned on case developments.
- A degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in HR, Legal, Audit, Administrative or Compliance roles will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish Labor Law will be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting complex documents, legal briefs, audit reports or detailed reports in a professional setting will be considered an asset.
- Fluent in English at C1 level or higher, with the ability to draft precise, clear, and compliant documents. Fluency in French will be an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to details is key.
- Rigorous approach to documentation, with a focus on accuracy and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality throughout all processes.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
- Full-time permanent position based in Luxembourg.
