infeurope is looking for a 2nd Line Support consultant (Application Support) with minimum 3 years of experience for an International Organisation.
The position will be in Luxembourg – Bertrange (Atrium Business Park).
infeurope provides a managed service to an International Organisation covering their internal application support with more than 5.000 users. Typical activities include in particular the processing of tickets relating to Incident Management, which are dealt with by using inter alia the Service Now Customer Service Management system.
You will be trained in our customer specific applications and business workflows to be able to understand the incidents and propose appropriate actions as resolutions.
Based on data provided by the user or created from the event management process, the incident is recorded and categorised and transferred to the relevant teams to take action. Being part of the 2nd Level Support, you work as an expert to resolve internal user issues with proprietary applications with the help of the Product Teams, and to meet Service Level agreed timelines.
Requirements:

Support Analyst experience (minimum 3 years)
ITSM Tools user experience (Jira or Service Now)
Office Tools (Excel, Word, etc )
Fluent English speaker
Application Developer Experience would be an asset
