Key Accounts Manager - online entertainment

DNX Network is looking for a dynamic and strategic Key Accounts Manager to lead our business development efforts, focusing on the growth and success of our studios and individual models. The company is a dynamic and innovative company with a global presence. We have been at the forefront of online entertainment since 2000, offering a wide range of streaming services. Our parent company is listed on the Paris stock exchange, and we have offices in Malta, Luxembourg, and Hungary.


This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving model recruitment, and ensuring our performers thrive on the platform. The Key Account Manager will also represent our company at industry events and play a critical role in coaching models on industry best practices and innovative performance techniques.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Business Development:


  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen relationships with existing studios and models while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with studios to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them succeed on the platform, in collaboration with our development team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking with key players, promoting the brand, and securing new partnerships.


  • Model Recruitment and Onboarding:


  • Identify and recruit talented individual performers and studios who align with the platform's values and goals.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new models, ensuring they are well-versed in platform policies, tools, and expectations.
  • Work with the marketing team to create and implement recruitment campaigns that attract top talent to the platform.


  • Model Coaching and Development:


  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with models to enhance their performance, focusing on industry best practices and innovative methods to engage with audiences.
  • Develop and update comprehensive training materials, including webinars, guides, and video tutorials.
  • Monitor model performance metrics, providing actionable feedback to help them optimize their content and increase earnings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and techniques, sharing relevant knowledge with models to keep them at the forefront of the industry.


  • Collaboration and Reporting:


  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, support, and product development, to align strategies and deliver exceptional service to models and studios.
  • Report on key performance indicators, account activities, and business development initiatives to the stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes, tools, and strategies.


Qualifications:
Experience:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in account management, business development, or talent management, preferablyin a related field.
  • Experience in content creator recruitment and coaching is highly desirable.
  • An existing network of industry related partners is a clear advantage.


Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of closing deals and driving business growth.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary, French, Spanish or Romanian is an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM software, sales tools, and performance analytics platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Knowledge of best practices for online performance, content creation, and audience engagement.
