Your profile:
- You speak German and English fluently; French would be an advantage;
- You have already gained first experience in a multilingual environment;
- You have an extroverted nature and enjoy communicating with people;
- You are willing to work on yourself, take part in trainings and learn new processes and procedures;
- You enjoy helping customers and guiding them to success.
- Luxembourgish permanent employment contract;
- On the job training for interesting tasks in a client service environment;
- Training on how to navigate in a client relationship management system;
- Ability to speak to professional customers in a multicultural environment;
- Becoming part of and be embedded in an existing team;
