Join a pleasant and spacious work environment within a small team of 5 people in an AIFM specializing in the management of Private Equity (PE) funds, based in Strassen since 2019. This company, part of an Italian group headquartered in Milan, has quickly established itself as a key player in the Luxembourg market, particularly in the creation and management of specialized investment funds.

Corporate Officer - Main Responsibilities:

Manage corporate and administrative aspects related to the launch and management of funds, including SPV funds.
Create and maintain a strong legal structure with in-depth knowledge of AML/KYC regulations.
Use a daily screening system to verify the accuracy of data (around 30% of the time dedicated to AML, the rest to corporate tasks).
Collaborate with external service providers to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
Utilize an internal document management system, mainly in Italian (translation tools available if needed).

Fund Corporate Officer - Desired Profile:

2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in Luxembourg, with solid expertise in fund management, corporate law, and compliance.
Advanced language skills in French, English, and Italian (a major asset).
Ability to quickly adapt and take on varied responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Autonomy and capacity to integrate into a new role quickly without intensive supervision.

Fund Corporate Officer - Conditions and Benefits:

Salary between 60 000€ and 70 000€ per year, depending on experience.
Minimum bonus equivalent to one month's salary.
Meal vouchers of 10,80€ for your lunch breaks.
Free parking space and fixed working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Possibility of remote work, to be considered after an adaptation period.
