Responsibilities

• Further develop and maintain fund software and reporting: Actively participate in the enhancement of IT tools, including the automation of reporting.
• Drive the fund budgeting process using our Planning Tool Immopac, including process enhancements.
• Act as the key user for IT tools, providing support and training to new users to enable performance measurement and profitability forecasts for the funds.
• Perform quality checks on imported data and accounting information.
• Create cross-fund analyses, monitor key performance indicators, support data provisions and report to group entities.
• Serve as general data specialist.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business informatics, mathematics or a comparable education.
• At least 1 year of experience in the fund industry or with Big 4.
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Immopac, E-Front, Yardi, Salesforce and Power BI is a plus.
• Proficiency in English. German and/or French is an advantage.
