This firm, present in several major European cities, serves a diverse clientele comprising multinational companies and private investors in areas such as banking, finance, corporate law, investment funds , as well as taxation and liquidation .

Mid-Level Fund Lawyer - Your role :
As a mid-level lawyer, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to:

Advise clients on the structuring and management of alternative funds.
Work closely with the firm's partners on strategic projects.
Actively participate in business development and the formulation of innovative legal solutions.

Mid-Level Fund Lawyer - Your profile :
The firm is looking for a candidate who has:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of alternative investment funds.
Registration on the List II of the Luxembourg Bar.
Fluent command of French and English ; additional languages are an asset.
A team-oriented spirit, ambition, and the desire to exceed expectations .

Mid-Level Fund Lawyer - We offer :
