Fund Administrator-Private Equity Firm-Versatile Role

Funds Administrator : The Function

Creating new financial entities (vehicles for portage, co-investment and debt funds).
Manage administrative and regulatory procedures, including ensuring that all declarations and submissions to the authorities comply with the law.
Provide administrative support for investment transactions.
Drafting legal documents related to investments (documents for debt positions, corporate approvals, etc.), and ensuring the proper legal management of entities.
Working closely with third-party partners such as lawyers, auditors, notaries, etc.
Participate in projects aimed at improving the efficiency of internal processes through the digitalisation and automation of administrative tasks.

Fund Administrator : Your profil

You hold a Bachelor degree in law or a diploma in a similar field
You have a previous experience of 3 years in a similar postion in Luxembourg with a strong knowledge of funds (PE/RE funds)
You are fluent in both English and French
Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) is required for this position
