Job description

• Lead the product strategy and execution for educational solutions targeted at influencer collaborations.
• Research market needs, validate hypotheses, and prioritize product development to align with company goals
• Formulate a product vision and strategy that can scale globally
• Build and manage a high-performing team, including product managers, engineers, and designers
• Oversee the product development lifecycle, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of key features
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives and market demands
• Identify growth opportunities, experiment with new product ideas, and continuously optimize the product based on feedback

Requirements:

• Experience in Ed Tech, either as an entrepreneur or in a leadership role within an Ed Tech company focused on influencers or B2C customers
• Strong understanding of the influencer market, with experience in sales and building strategic partnerships with influencers
• Proven track record of developing and scaling successful digital products in the education
• Strong management and leadership skills with experience building and growing high-performing teams
• Solid technical understanding of the tools and technologies used in digital product development
• The ability to create a product strategy, develop a roadmap, and prioritize tasks based on business and market needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French or German is a huge plus
