PRODUCT OWNER / FUNCTIONAL ANALYST Junior (M/F/X)

Your mission
As a product owner, your role is to ensure our Local Backoffice (LBO) meets your stakeholder needs and preferences. You are the main (but not only) source of input for the Backlog and you are in charge of prioritizing the different User Stories to maximize value.
You are also in charge of making sure that the user Stories are well understood by the project team (developers, testers,…) so that the final product matches the requirements. You will also be deeply involved in the testing of the product before it is released.
Your main stakeholders are the affiliation team of Pluxee (Local Back Office Users), the affiliated merchants (Extranet Users), the Cardholders and the project team. But you will also have to closely work with other Pluxee teams (Customers support, Sales) and IT teams (at local and global level).
In this context, you will also be invited to provide end-user (internal), cardholders and merchants’ (external) support on the use of the Local Back office, as a second-line support agent.
Your main responsibilities:
- Centralize, analyze and understand the requirements, needs and business requests expressed.
- Verify the feasibility of the requests expressed by our stakeholders and challenge them.
- Document the requirements into user Stories within a backlog, making sure they are correctly understood by the development team. Provide adequate information to developers and validate the technical design to ensure functional and integration coherence of the solution.
- Prioritize the requirements within the backlog, ensuring to deliver the most value with each release of the product.
- Participate in writing test scenarios and perform user acceptance and regression tests. Conduct tests with stakeholders and prepare demo sessions.
- Define the approach of functional analyses and integrations in line with the Scrum agile approach implemented.
- Join the different scrum meetings : daily standups, demo, retrospective with other LBO team members.
- Be able to analyze where in the Payment Value Chain and and why a transaction within one of our merchant did fail.
- Provide first and second line support to Pluxee team members and merchants for all Merchant-related topics about the Local back office
- Provide second line support to Cardholders in the context of payment-related questions : failed transactions, disputed transactions, frauds, …
Your profile :
- You have an master’s degree oriented towards IT, Business Engineering or equivalent experience;
- You have 1 years’ experience in a "product owner” (or functional analyst) role;
- You have experience in writing Epics / Features / User Stories & functional requirements (an experience with Agile (SCRUM or SAFe) is an asset);
- You have very good interpersonal skills;
- You are a talented communicator who can translate complex concepts into simple, actionable deliverables
- You have a “can-do” attitude, you approach new challenges with curiosity and are open to go beyond your job description
- You are responsible and autonomous to deliver quality work while respecting priority and deadlines
- You are oriented toward building consensus and moving forward
- Existing knowledge of card payment value chain is a strong asset (issuing, processing, ecommerce, mobile payments, tokenisation, … )
- You have an excellent level of spoken and written French and English
